The 4-star smoke-free Eurostars Lisboa Baixa Hotel, located in the Baixa / Chiado district, a mere 9 minutes' walk from Dona Maria II National Theatre, features views of the city. The comfortable hotel provides guests with Wi-Fi in public areas.

The hotel is notable for its prime location, merely 0.7 km from the moorish Castle of Sao Jorge and a short way from Rossio train station. The engaging Museu do Fado Museum is just 12 minutes' walk away, while the large Praca da Figueira Square is about 500 metres from the Eurostars Lisbon.

The staff was always cute. I love that you can bluetooth MUSIC in the bathroom. The location is GOOD.

The Wi Fi didn't work for a few days! the same as the phone.

the location is very central. i could walk to most places or use uber very cheaply. the hotel is very clean and the rooms are new.

the fridge did not really cool my drinks.

really good service and great amenities

the room was quite spacious and well kept I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay the location was superb I found it easy to access different parts of the city the staff were cute and addressed my needs efficiently the breakfast had fresh fruit and local pastry. the hotel provides amenities including a clothes steamer and a hair dryer this was particularly useful. the shower was excellent it was easy to use and consistently provided hot water the cleaning staff were detail oriented the room was always very tidy.

the reception area felt a bit small there weren't many spaces to sit or relax

the breakfast staff was superb. they provided always fresh food with a large selection.

The air conditioning did not work properly. it did not cool the stuffy room. the fridge also failed to cool items adequately. It was disappointing.

The breakfast had a great variety. I especially appreciated the fresh pastries. the room included a bidet. It was a nice surprise. i also liked the wooden floors in the bedroom.

The refrigerator in the room did not cool drinks well. the air conditioning did not work initially. It was eventually fixed but still wasn't very effective. it was also very stuffy.

comfortable bed friendly staff free water

i found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained. our beautiful double room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. the reception staff were very helpful and friendly (they offered great recommendations). i appreciated the free chilled water, apples, and champagne in reception.

My Superior Double Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of pastries and fruits.

The refrigerator in my room did not get very cold.
